Ajay Khajuria
Founder & CEO
Ajay Khajuria is an alumnus of Indira Institute ofManagement, Pune, and has pursued executive coursesfrom IIM Lucknow, IIM Ahmedabad, and the Centre forCreative Leadership, Singapore.
A seasoned marketing leader, academician, and mentor, hebrings over 25 years of cross-industry experience spanning the Telecom and FMCG sectors. His professional journey includes senior leadership roles with marquee organizations such as the AV Birla Group, Coca-Cola, Aircel, and Bharti Airtel Limited.
In recognition of his significant contributions to education and society, Ajay is a recipient of the Dr. Tarita Shankar Excellence Award. He currently serves as a Member of the Advisory Board at Impact Guru Foundation and is a Professor of Practice at MIET, Jammu, specializing in Marketing and Consumer Behaviour.
Nishant Arroa
Founder & CFO
Nishant is a seasoned finance professional with over 25 years of experience in consulting, manufacturing, telecom, and building start-ups.
He specializes in Strategic Planning and Execution, Governance Risk & ompliance, Process Transformation, Building efficient organisations powered by future technologies.
During his corporate career he has successfully led initiatives involving IFRS-compliant reporting, regulatory compliance, P&L efficiency, process automations, setting- up and integrating processes in a GCC environment, across diverse geographies including India, Africa, Indonesia and West Asia.
